Q: Can we leave the centre and return again later? A: As a general rule, you cannot break up your playtime within the centre, see staff for more information.

Q: Can I bring my own cake if it’s my child’s birthday? A: Yes

Q: Do you charge for play by the hour? A: No, at Pure Fun Play & Café we have one flat rate for a child, which entitles them to unlimited play for that day.

Q: If My Child is invited to a Party at Pure Fun Play & Café, can they bring their siblings? A: Yes you may bring your siblings. They will pay the casual entry play rate.

Q: Do I pay an entry fee for the adult? A: No! At Pure Fun Play & Café we think it’s unfair to charge parents who make the time to bring their children to our play centre

Q: Does the structure have supervisors on weekends and school holidays? A: Pure Fun Play & Cafe always has staff on site, although we are not a child minding facility. We do not look after the children. You are responsible for your child at all times. Your child must obey the rules at all times.

Q: Are adults allowed on the play equipment? A: Yes, all area’s except for the jumping castle.

Q: Can I bring my own food? A: No, there is a fully stocked cafe with a wide variety of food and drink. Baby food, special dietary and kid’s drinks are ok.

Q: Where is Pure Fun Play & Café? A: Pure Fun Play & Café is located 17 A / 212 South Tce, Bankstown NSW 2200, next door to Dominos Pizza in Bankstown’s South Tce Mall. Our nearest cross street is Stacey Street & we do face Stacey Street.

Q: Can I leave my children at Pure Fun Play & Café? A: Under no condition is any parent allowed to leave their children in the centre without a guardian (at least 18 years or older).
